Counselling and Psychotherapy for Couples
Our closest relationships can provide us with great contentment and happiness but they can also be a source of great anxiety and isolation when problems arise. Whether you are gay, lesbian, heterosexual or transgender I offer a flexible service of either short or long term work with couples who are having difficulties in their relationship and want to explore how these problems have arisen and how to change them.
Problems in relationships often reflect underlying difficulties from each individuals experiences in earlier life, my aim as a couples psychotherapist is to establish what lies behind the current difficulties, both conscious and unconscious in order to facilitate change.
Appointments will be weekly, lasting 60 minutes. My fee ranges from £55 - £65 depending on location. My cancellation policy is 7 days.
