There are times in most people's lives when we experience painful and difficult emotions or thoughts which seem difficult to change. My role in providing both psychotherapy and counselling is to help you make sense of what you are experiencing, to help you to develop the skills to know and accept yourself, and to make the changes that seem right for you.

I am a qualified and very experienced (over 20 years), psychotherapist, counsellor, supervisor and trainer offering services in Central Exeter and in London SW1. I am also a core tutor on the TA Psychotherapy advanced training at the Iron Mill institute in Exeter.

I offer psychotherapy, counselling and supervision in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment to both individuals and couples, working on either an open-ended or short term fixed time period. My office in Barnfield Crescent is in the centre of Exeter. It is a large space with a full COVID risk assessment in place, the same applies to my office in Lower Grosvenor Place, SW1

I work from an integrative framework which means that I will adapt my approach to best suit your needs and will include elements of both CBT, Transactional Analysis, Relational TA, Mentalization and Psychodynamic approaches. I am experienced in helping clients who have experienced difficulties with:-
